Are you engaged or newly married? Congrats! My premarital program is highly specialized for you!! I specialize in helping couples build a strong foundation and transition into marriage on the strongest level of their relationship possible!

I am certified in Prepare/Enrich which is an evidenced based program that has been used with over 2.5 million couples around the world who are also engaged or newly married! I am also certified in the Gottman Method which is also an evidence based program that has been proven to grow couples relationships with over 90% accuracy! I have taken the best parts of each of these certifications, and created an amazing premarital program from the ground up, that is based on many decades of research on relationships and proven to grow couples relationships. About Regular Couples Therapy
Lets get to know your relationship and make a custom plan with custom goals. We can talk about challenges, strengths, goals, and anything else you want to work on as a couple. We’ll talk about where you’ve been as a couple emotionally, where you are currently, and where you want to be in the future. Based on that, we will then make specific, custom goals for your relationship to work on.
No relationship is perfect. But If the both of you are willing to be open to being vulnerable, learning new things, and growing together, we can work together on blossoming into the best version of you relationship.
